  1. What is this online service used for?

    This service is being provided to the clients of the Licensing Division of the Ministry of Works and Transport and its use is limited to the scheduling of appointments on a specified date and time for access to a specific Service provided by the Transport Division's Licensing Office

  2. What do I need to use this online service?

    Key information required for the scheduling of your appointment includes:

    • Your full name – Surname and Given Names
    • Date of birth – all persons must be over the age of 16 as of the appointment date when creating an online appointment
    • Telephone contact(s)
    • Email address – this is required for confirmation of your appointment
  3. What do I need when attending an appointment made using this service?

    You are required to have a form of ID and your printed or electronic confirmation document along with any other specified documents to complete your transaction when using this service.

  4. What should I do on the date of the appointment?

    An appointment signifies the date and time a person should appear at the designated Transport Division's Licensing Office. Plan to arrive at least ten (10) minutes before your appointment time. A person who arrives more than ten (10) minutes after their scheduled appointment time forfeits his or her appointment and as a consequence, he or she must make a new appointment utilizing this service. Remember to have your ID and confirmation documents as well as other documents to complete your transaction which may differ depending on the service

  5. Can I change my appointment or cancel it?

    If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you should immediately change or cancel your appointment using this Online Appointment System. Alternatively, you may contact the Transport Division via email at [email protected] or via telephone phone at 1–(868)-612-2700 or 1-(868)-612-2701 or 1-(868)-612-2710 to notify of the change or cancellation of your booking. The system accepts calls from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Please note appointments can also be made by via calls to telephone numbers 1–(868)-612-2700 or 1-(868)-612-2701 or 1-(868)-612-2710

  6. What happens if I repeatedly cancel multiple appointments?

    Repeated failure to notify the Transport Division of cancelled appointments or any other misuse of this service will be considered a violation of Terms of Use of this service.

  7. Will I receive service on the exact time I made my appointment?

    While all attempts and efforts have been made to provide an efficient service, the Transport Division does not guarantee that your appointment time will be the exact time you will receive the service as requested by the booking. The Ministry may change, modify, substitute, suspend, or remove without notice any features or services accessed through this appointment system from time to time.

  8. How many appointments can I make at once?

    You should only make appointments for yourself for the specific service that you require at the Transport Division Office of your choosing. Making too many bookings may result in your inability to complete further bookings using this online service

  9. Why am I not able to choose certain dates for a booking?

    Some services may not be available at certain locations on specific days. To complete your booking, choose an available date that is provided

  10. Why am I not able to book certain services at a specific location?

    Some services are not provided at specific Licensing Offices. To complete your booking of a specific service, choose a location that is provided.
